Version 5 continues on the Mac Pro, while I use 6 on the new Mini with Big Sur. In terms of features I would lean towards CCC, which feels like a more modern app, though I cannot bring myself to say a bad word about SuperDuper, considering it has worked reliably for me since 2005. I paid £11 and never been charged a penny for updates since.
